Santa Barbara Storage Group now has 3 facilities, Summerland Self Storage, Santa Barbara Sprinter Van Storage and began witth Goleta Valley Mini Storage In 1990 by Ron & Nancy Hays. On opening day in 1990, we had just over two hundred units available. Now, 20 years later, we have grown to be the second largest storage facility in the Santa Barbara area. Because we are a local family business, we pride ourselves on being able to offer the best, and most personal customer service available. In addition, we strive to be among the most professionally operated facilities in the country. With our latest "State of the Art" security and electronics systems, our computerized cross referenced data base, and on-site security personnel, we make it a point to provide you with the most professional operation available at the best value in town. Today Goleta Valley Self Storage is run by the 2nd generation of the Hays's Family, Jan Marco and Joanna Von Yurt. They continue to run the business the way it has always been; as a family with a strong attention to detail and keeping up to date with technology. Although Joanna works mostly behind the scenes, you will always see Jan at the facility fixing something or helping customers.
