We’re located in Phoenix/Scottsdale inside Salons by JC near the old Paradise Mall, offering a cozy, celestial-themed beauty bar experience.
Only service animals for individuals with disabilities are permitted, as required by building policy. Other pets are not allowed.
Children must remain with their parent or guardian at all times. They are welcome only if scheduled for a service.
Redos are available within 7 days of your service as long as the hair has not been altered at home or by another stylist. Refunds are only offered if we cannot correct the service ourselves. All redos and refunds require an in-person visit for assessment.
Yes. All color services require before & after photos for our records and documentation.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and another guest is scheduled after you, your service may need to be rescheduled.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a $25 fee charged to the card on file. Emergency situations may be considered for a fee waiver.
