Burlington Concrete and Asphalt Inc. owner Randy McDaniels has over 35 years of experience in the construction trades with over 25 years' operating as both a Building Contractor and a General Contractor prior placing our emphasis on Concrete Foundations, Driveways, and Parking Lots. Owner and Prime Contractor can rest easy knowing we have the knowledge and experience to see the whole picture and deliver exceptional quality and service.
Skid Steer / Excavators / Telehandlers for hire
Burlington Concrete and Asphalt inc. Tractor Division Pricing and Services: Typical equipment and operator rentals are $550/hour for 1/2 day (1 Hr Travel & 3 Hrs on site) and $850/day (1Hr Travel & 7 Hrs on site). Some exceptions apply (forestry mulching, trenching, as well as other specialty work) due to wear & tear, fuel consumption, and carbide teeth, etc. We offer the following services; Forestry Mulching, bushhogging, trenching, excavation, grading, concrete & asphalt demo, debris clean-up and removal, auger drilling (9", 18", 24", and 36" diameter to depths of about 6-7 feet), grapple services for brush and tree removal.
We have a 42' reach telehandler with a 6,600 lbs. capacity.
Concrete & Asphalt Parking Lot Maintenance
Burlington Concrete and Asphalt Inc. provides exceptional service and site assessments as well as maintenance of existing Concrete or Asphalt Parking Lots. We are a one stop shop and perform all services IN HOUSE, no subs, not passing the buck and no excuses. We provide turnkey maintenance from concrete repairs or replacement, asphalt Mill & Pave, line striping, car stops, signage, concrete curb removal and replacement et al. We have an exceptional reputation for not only quality but a culture for Customer Service and follow thru.
